The Auto Show takes place from Noon – 4:00pm. Check-In Begins at 10:00am. Day-of Registration Ends at 1:00pm. Judging Ends at 3:00pm. Awards will take place at 4:00pm. The winner is eligible to compete in the American Royal Contest in Kansas City. Prizes are awarded 1st place through 10th place in four categories: Brisket, Pork Ribs, Chicken & Pork. Purchasing this item allows one team to compete in ALL CATEGORIES of the competition and be eligible for the Grand Champion Award. The fee includes a 20’x20’ space, electricity (20 amp max) and water access. Extra-large spaces are available for an additional charge (select the optional $75 add-on). The cost of the sponsorship is $1,000 and the contents of the package are 5 tickets to the event, a “Silver Sponsor” company sign within the Festival of Lights show, and a sponsor logo on the event's webpage.

Effective July 1, 2017, there is a $150 non-refundable application fee for all professional filming and photography on the property or in the facilities of the M-NCPPC, Department of Parks and Recreation. Paying this fee in addition to providing all required information and documentation will facilitate the processing of your filming application, once approved.
