Enjoy boating along the Patuxent River! Patuxent River Park offers Daily Boat Trailer Permits for use at Jackson's Landing, Selby's Landing, and Clyde Watson Boating Area. Any vehicle towing a boat trailer is required to display a permit placard on the driver’s side windshield dashboard. Permits are valid for the date selected.

- Each permit placard is assigned to an individual vehicle.
- The permit is printable upon purchase and should be placed on the driver’s side windshield dashboard of your vehicle on full display.
- Daily permits are also available at the Park Visitors Center. Each daily permit is $5.
- All boat ramps are open seven days a week from 8am - dusk.

Any vehicle towing a boat trailer is required to display a permit placard on the rear view mirror. Permits are valid through December 31st.

- Each permit placard is assigned to an individual vehicle.
- A printable temporary permit is available upon purchase until the placard arrives to you by mail.
- Please allow 5-7 business days for placards to arrive by mail.
- Daily permits are also available at the Park Visitors Center. Each daily permit is $5.
- All boat ramps are open seven days a week from 8am - dusk.
- Annual permit is 50% off for Seniors (60+). Discount is automatically applied.
- Annual permit is 50% off after Labor Day.
