Learn to be a leader not a follower! Tae Kwon Do is a Korean martial art that teaches self-defense and self-control through its emphasis on mental and physical discipline. You will learn traditional tae kwon do and "street smarts," including how to deal with bullying and other threatening situations. The beginner class is offered for children of all ages, starting from age three.
