This workshop will cover safe gardening tips, especially for seniors, to avoid muscle stress and strain. Come and learn about some of the basic principles of planting for successful plants and tools that can save you physically. Learn why gardening can relieve stress and provide mental relaxation. Want to find out about easy to grow and hearty plants for fall planting? Join us for this workshop facilitated by three Master Gardeners from the Prince George’s County Master Gardener Program, University of Maryland, County Extension Office.
