NFL Flag is a no-contact rule and team-oriented environment. Participants learn football fundamentals and most importantly -- HAVE FUN! Teams meet on Sundays for 2 hours for practice and game play.
The 6-practice/6-game season held on Saturdays is a 5 vs. 5, non-contact, recreational, girls only format. This is an exceptional program for first-time players who want to learn the fundamentals of football. This is also a wonderful opportunity for players who want to continue enhancing their skills before taking the next leap into tackle football. There are no try-outs! Everyone participates!

Exact schedules will be created and posted 1-2 weeks prior to the season start date. Practices take place one hour prior to game time each week to ensure a convenient and fun experience for all! Schedule times can vary from week to week and slight changes may occur to the schedule after initial posting.

Our program relies on volunteer parents to coach our teams! Each team will have up to 3 volunteers assigned. We encourage all parents interested in volunteering to do so during the registration process. Positions available are; Head Coach, Assistant Coach and Team Manager.
