Soccer is a fun and adaptable sport that is appropriate for all ages! Through this four-week class, participants will learn some of the individual skills required for soccer such as passing, blocking, and kicking the ball of score a goal. The benefits of soccer include increasing your cardiovascular endurance, building gross motor skills, coordination, and learning to work as a team. Please note: this class is for individual with disabilities who reside in Prince George's County.
