More than 300 species of birds have been identified within the park and Jug Bay is listed as a “Nationally Important Bird Area” due to its high species diversity. Birding walks take place the second Saturday of each month from 8am—11am. Bring a pair of binoculars if you have them and meet at the Visitors Center. For ages 14 and up.
