Learn about the history of the Riversdale dairy through this interactive program featuring foodways Historian Joyce White. Participants will listen to an informative lecture, join a special tour of the Riversdale Dairy and Dependency building to learn about our historic preservation efforts, participate in a hands-on dairy demonstration, and close with a sampling of Maryland cheeses.
