Ice Hockey: Introduction

The program will emphasize basic hockey skating techniques, rules, and teamwork, as well as enhancing your skating ability and self-confidence on the ice. The following equipment will be provided: shin pads, shoulder pads, elbow pads, pants, gloves, hockey skates, & helmet. No skating skills necessary.
