Trampoline: Bouncing Tots

This class focuses on trampoline and tumbling skills while helping develop air awareness, strength, and flexibility. Participants will learn proper falling and landing techniques, safe jumping technique, and fundamental trampoline jumps and skills.

Socks are required in this class. Students must be potty trained (NO DIAPERS or PULL UPS)
