Want to be a great "all-around" gymnast? We provide basic instruction on vault, bars, pommel horse, parallel bars, rings, tumbling, and trampoline. Develop your gymnastic skills, self-confidence, overall fitness, and make friends with other rising stars! No prerequisites.

There are no classes the following dates: December 23-January 1, January 20, January 23-26, February 17 & February 22. You are able to schedule 2 make-ups per session for 2 missed classes. Schedule the make-ups with the receptionist. Please refer to our publication "The Flame" that you will receive the first day of class for all important information regarding the Gymnastics Venue.
