Level up your video gaming experience! Meet other gamers and team up for a friendly competition. More than just a game, esports strengthens problem-solving and social skills. It is also a fun way to explore STEAM subjects and opens doors to scholarship opportunities. Grab your controller and game with us this season!

Thank you for registering for the Southern Regional Technology & Recreation Complex’s eSports Club. This program is designed to take participants beyond a casual interest in video games and hone in on the benefits of eSports – from social/emotional development to STEAM education.

Participants will be playing games rated E for Everyone and Everyone 10+ by the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB). This includes but is not limited to the following titles:

- Rocket League
- NBA 2K21/2K22
- FIFA 21/22
- Madden NFL 21/22
- Minecraft
- Super Smash Brothers Ultimate
- Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

Games will be played on PlayStation and Nintendo Switch consoles. It is not required for participants to own their own games/consoles, however having access to this equipment at home will further enhance their experience, especially for those looking to develop a competitive edge in video gaming. We look forward to welcoming your child to the eSports Club, and having them be a part of our community of gamers united to have fun, compete, and meet like-minded peers in a safe and friendly environment.
