Tukkong Mudo: Novice

This class is designated for novices with no previous martial arts experience. In a disciplined, hands-on environment, students are taught basic martial arts terms, physical conditioning, stances, and basic hand and foot movements appropriate for those that have never participated in a martial arts class.
