Want the best of both worlds? The finest of hi-impact and low-impact classes are combined giving you a balanced, cardio workout. Push your heart rate but not your joints! Participants can modify choreography to suit their range of mobility while working towards their fitness goals. Take pleasure connecting with others as you exercise to great health. Patrons may register on-site for 1 day/week course at select sites. For single weekday courses, contact the center for registration details. In order to participate in a virtual activity/class, you must download Microsoft Teams, which requires a computer operating system of Windows 10 or newer or Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan or later.

This class is available online and in person, please be sure to pick the right class for you.
