Swim and Fitness Camp - 16258

Be an aquatic achiever! Swimming is a great way to get aerobic exercise, strengthen muscles, improve posture, increase balance, and extend flexibility. Take swimming lessons from certified instructors! Additional activities may include arts and crafts, free swim sessions, indoor/outdoor games, tennis, and a camp-wide event. Contact offering facility for list of specific activities.

Camp Information: Please bring non-perishable lunch & lots of snacks. Wear swimsuit under clothes each day. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes. Remember to bring underwear, towels, swim cap, goggles, flip flops, bodywash and lotion. Bring in all necessary paperwork the 1st day of camp and be prepared to fill out additional paperwork that is not online. The additional paperwork can be picked up at our Activities Desk prior to camp starting. If your child has medication, inhalers or epi-pen, please bring in all M-NCPPC Camp Medication paperwork completed and signed by your physician. The medication & devices should be in their original containers. Campers will swim 2 times a day and will need 2 swim suits. There will be a Camp Wide event once per session. On the second Friday of the 2 week sessions there will be a Showcase.
